SSL Labs, securityheaders.com and PageSpeed, in one scheduled report
They are excellent free tools. They also test one thing, for one URL, once. Full Stack Audit runs the same kinds of tests together, on a schedule, and tells you when a result gets worse.
The free testers in short
Qualys SSL Labs grades a server's TLS setup in depth, down to every cipher suite and how dozens of real clients would connect. securityheaders.com grades the HTTP security headers of a single response. PageSpeed Insights runs Lighthouse on one page and shows the Core Web Vitals Google has collected from real visitors. All three are free and need no account.
What they don't do is remember. Every run is a one-off, so a certificate that is about to expire, a header lost in a deploy or a slipping Lighthouse score goes unnoticed until somebody thinks of testing again. Full Stack Audit checks TLS, security headers and Lighthouse alongside SEO, email authentication, DNS and accessibility, re-runs them on a schedule and emails you when a passing check starts failing.

Stick with the free testers if
- You need a one-off answer about a single host or page, right now.
- You are tuning TLS and need SSL Labs' cipher-by-cipher and client-by-client detail.
- You don't need anyone to tell you when a result changes.
Pick Full Stack Audit if
- You keep forgetting to re-run the tests until something has already broken.
- You want TLS, headers, Lighthouse, SEO, email and DNS in one report per site.
- You want an email when a check that used to pass starts failing.
